There’s a natural way that has helped me sleep through the night… or at least most of it. It requires only two ingredients (see below) and takes 5 minutes to make so you can 7 hours of shut eye.
(1) Pour a glass of milk
(2) Put Milk in the blend
(3) Slice Banana is small pieces
(4) Put Banana is blender with Milk and mix
(5) Cook mixture in pot until slightly warm.
(6) Drink mixture 1/2 hour or so before going to sleep.
(7) Clear mind of all stress related issues by watching a silly comedy or relaxing music.
(8) Go to sleep.
