Before you put up that “Professional Protest Sign” (funny how it’s made so quickly) and start shouting to the world maybe you should listen for a change and not just to each other. Here’s a few points to consider.
(1) PROTESTING IS FINE– We in America believe that everyone should have the freedom of speech to protest or support any cause but when you interfere with others right to exercise their freedom (by blocking traffic or causing damage) then you should receive a fine or jail time.
(2) ELECTORAL COLLEGE GUARANTEES SUCH RIGHTS– If we had a straight democracy instead of a democratic republic the voices of the minority would be shut up by the majority. Tyranny of the large would control the states and mob rule would be in effect as seen in Nazi Germany and more recently in Venezuela. The constitutional protections such as the 1st and 2nd Amendment would be put through the dry cleaner with only those rules protecting the elite standing at the end.
(3) TRUMP ANTI ESTABLISHMENT– Protesters usual fight against the “Man” but right now you’re protesting for his control. Donald Trump is the anti-establishment candidate who like the Brexit vote in England is trying to stop one world order and bring the power back to the people. I wonder therefore if what you thought were spontaneous protests by the people are not professional organized protests by the secret power elite to try and retain their power instead.
(4) PLAYING CHECKERS NOT CHESS– If you’re still upset with the results maybe you should use your energy to play a different game or try to modify the rules of the game in the future. We played by the rules and won and this time you’re not going to get a price just for participating.
Our goal is to unite the whole team even those who may not agree with the stated agenda but in the end as your “great leader” has said elections have consequences so move on or move back in your basement it’s still open.
