It is time that the Trump & Clinton supporters unite and demand that their respective candidates receive a full independent medical check up at Walter Reed National Medical Center (or similar location) and realize the full contents of this check up to the American people. This shouldn’t be a partisan issue but an issue of basic national security to determine if the person who seeks to become our commander and chief has the physical and mental ability to fulfill this duty. Surely if we demand that individual who seek to serve their country in the military or police force have such a medical test we must then demand that those who seek this individuals have such medical tests as well. If the supporters of their perspective candidate demand that this occurs then it shall occur and as such set a precedent for those in the future who would seek this powerful position. Therefore whether we believe our candidate is best to serve our country let us have the medical report to prove this is so.
FOOTNOTE- I also believe standards for financial disclosure should be set such as release of taxes information that is pertinent to the office not as a tool for gossip or gotcha moments.
