There are 3 distinct paths to gaining power over others. The first 2 path will get you there but will only hold you until a weakness in your Armour is discovered or the gifts aren’t enough. In life you might have to take a slice of each to get what you want from others. Let’s explore the 3 below.
FEAR/PUNISHMENT- These individuals could be the loudest voices in a room or have the means to punish those that go against their path. Other then the ethical problem with this route is that many will challenge you along the way and eventually knock you out or keep you looking over your shoulder.
REWARD- An individual has the means or words to make others become motivated to join her/his cause. The problem with this path is words can become old and rewards can run out or become “too predictable” to have the effect they have had in the past.
STRENGTH/WISDOM- Here is the individual who is undeterred in their path to success. Even a wall of screaming, threats or actual wall stands in their way they will fight to climb it. Others will be motivated by their motion and help but it might be too long and difficult for most to stay on and ability counts along this route as well.
