Me and my wife have chosen two different path to health and well being. It will be interesting to see which one produces the best result.
MY PATH
- Work on a regular basis for over 2o years.
- Have a daily dose of liquid vitamins
- Visit Doctors only when extremely necessary
- Gym work out regularly twice a week.
- Sleep less then 7 hours a day on a regular basis
- Type A Personality with high emotional response
- Active schedule
WIFE’S PATH
- Work only occasionally
- Has processed vitamins on a regular basis
- Visits doctors on a regular basis
- Goes to Yoga more then gym
- Sleeps over 9 hours a day on a regular basis
- Mellow personality
- Calm relaxed schedule
