I believe it’s a natural extinct to become Prejudice and I’m not just speaking about the forms that are based on race, religion or ethnicity. When one person at a business treats us poorly we might accept that the whole company is bad even if thousands are working there. Politics is also a place where prejudices are accepted and preached. If you’re a Democrat then you must be a…. and if you’re a Conservative you’re obviously… The truth is we are all individuals and though we might belong to a certain group it doesn’t mean that we necessarily follow the pattern of the stereotype. Yet it is a difficult pattern to break not only for the one who has been labeled but for the one who is in such groups. Can you truly fight the stereotypes labeled against you. I for one break every stereotype known (see below) but if you looked at one part of me you would assume the others parts don’t belong. In the end let us try to find the best in all no matter what assumptions might linger in our extinct.
