It might be a good marketing tool but after 27 years in the business world trust me the customer can be wrong. Of course you might initially allow this particular customer to win the battle but make sure they don’t win the war. They might appear to be victorious but there are ways to make sure that you make up the battle in future scrimmages so your business is eventual victorious. Therefore the statement should read “The Customer is always right except when their wrong and then victory will slowly come back to us”.
