Last night I committed my endorsement to the Grinder but today it appears a bit stiff. The first episode was hysterical and there was where my commitment started but by 2nd episode I saw a shark in the distant water as the characters and writing became a bit more predictable. By the 3rd episode I saw “The Grinder” staring at the pool as the laughs were fewer and fewer. Maybe I’m misjudged or watched too many episodes in a row and it won’t “jump the shark”. Only the next few episodes will determine that faith but I’ll keep my remote control on hand just in case the shark finally takes a bite.
