Kim Davis should never had gone to jail for standing up for her religious belief’s but she also shouldn’t be the only County Clerk in Kentucky dealing with marriage licenses. The Governor should appoint her to be part of a committee that investigates how to protect religious freedom but also enforce the laws that are on the book. This committee would be made up of diverse group of individuals and come back with their report at a prescribed time period. After Mrs. David is brought back to the County Clerk Office maybe the solution will be that she signs certificates for traditional marriages while an associate deals with other marriage licenses.
