It’s very easy to fall into a stage of paranoia when things appear to being against you from all different sides. It could start out with someone laughing at you for a remark you made and allowing that pain to be distorted on people around you. Maybe it’s a failure at work or school when other’s who’ve done “similar work” have pulled ahead that leads you to this painful detrimental path. Or it could simple be believing that others are leading a life of fun while you sit alone in a room. Whatever the cause it’s important to separate those feelings from reality before they cause major harm to the wonderful person you are. Here are a few ways you can stop the pain before it becomes to severe. If those feelings become to severe and take over then it’s time to seek professional help that can show you a different path that might have been hidden from your view.
(1) Talk to a stranger about an innocuous issue and see if they have the same reaction.
(2) Do or say something totally different from the act or words that lead you to these feelings?
(3) Listen or watch a “different show” to gain a unique perspective.
I’m 75/25 sure that I’m willing to step my foot back into the film-making business within the next 2 years but not sure which project to work on. Each one of my c. 17 or so scripts has the own positives and negatives that I’m debating with that if I do proceed I think it’s time for a Film Campaign. A Film Campaign will allow the participants to not only decide which script is worthy but be involved in the process along the way even to the point of Inauguration day/Film Premiere. When a political campaign ends so do the promises but with a film campaign when it’s over you end with a piece of art that can stay in your heart and soul for a lifetime. WHERE DO YOU STAND?
I believe it was a favor that put Alec Baldwin in the Mission Impossible Rogue Nation movie. Mr. Baldwin’s character could have been played by many other fine actors who probably would have brought more depth to this role and with Tom Cruise as a leading actor it wasn’t necessary to bring the expense of the Baldwin’s name to the film. Alec Baldwin’s has been seen in less movies not because he’s not a fine actor but because of his performances off the screen have been less then desirable. Be that as it may this was not the role that fit Alec Baldwin’s skill and therefore I conclude that this role was given to him as a way to bring him back into the ‘Hollywood Fold” and to add a few dollars to his cash flow.
A Crazy Business can take the life out of you as if you were fighting in a championship match. You battle the punches of blizzards, hurricanes and ever storm in between to get to work on time and alive. Many a time you feel like throwing a punch when your honor or values are being assaulted but have to take the grunt of the punishment if you are to lessen your opponents strength. It is not enough to show up for the match but continue to fight every moment to bring in new customers, purchase items, deal with customer/worker complaints, fix emergencies that come from all directions, deal with attitudes from everyone around you, and still keep fighting forward. At times it will feel as if your legs and brain will give way to the punishment you’ve absorbed but if you stay strong you will become victorious. A victory that way to often you celebrate alone.
“Mission Impossible Rogue Nation” gave the viewers what they were looking for a smart action film. Was the acting outstanding not actually but you don’t go to this type of movie to see Oscar winning performances. The Cinematography though was brilliant and the actions well let’s just say it was impossible not to be pulled and pushed into those scenes. Tom Cruise still had it as did Rebecca Ferguson who kicked some b-u-t-t. To conclusion it was a fun popcorn movie.

I was told that big boy’s don’t cry but if you’re a Met fan or player then let those tears fall. Wilmer Flores proves that it’s okay to cry especially if those tears of pain turn to tears of joy as you score the winning run against the dreaded Washington Nationals. We as Met fans have had our moment’s that were so close and disappeared that their is no way to stop those tear ducts or fist against the wall (tears are less painful). This year G-D willing the 1986 tears of joy will come alive again led by our new star Mr. Flores who will show us it’s okay to cry especially if it’s for joy.
They have the whole world to explore but somehow find the one area of death. A bug is so small it’s life could be spent on the size of hand but instead some choice to spend time actually on that hand. For that reason their death sentence may await. If only they had chosen a different path they would be able to see the great, great grand fly and nobody would care. Yet they had to live on the cliff of a nose and when you get this close you to that edge you either fall or be eaten (depending on the nose) . It’s time bugs get a travel agent and realize that some area’s lead to heaven and others straight to hell. Choose wisely my bug for one small turn and bang I got you!
Basic Judaism of course supports traditionally Jewish & Israeli causes yet takes it many steps forward by helping bring those that are outside to our door. We take it upon our movement to fight for freedom and justice for all people’s wherever they come from. That certain rights are inalienable and can’t be taken away by any government or power to be. Government must only be at the edges to make sure people don’t fall off the cliff but faith is the key to make sure they aren’t even looking that way. Those that are spiritually lost are not only invited to join our faith but are welcomed with open loving arms. For all are made by G-D and therefore each one of us is a special person with a special mission that others can help us achieve. G-D has given us freedom to choose the path that we take but given us the book to get there. It is incumbent on us to allow others outside the faith to take their own path but have our book open along their way.
