There is some secret formula that allows large chain businesses to run without having ownership in each location which is the opposite for most small businesses. Most small mom and pop operations are truly run by mom and pop where there absence can result in poor profits or even a business closing.  I intend to find the reason this occurs.  What is the large business formula for success so that many small business owners don’t have to work till the death of the business or G-D forbid themselves?  Is it a formula that can be duplicated or is it just something that those with more resources to expend can afford to take? These are the questions that will need to be explored.   Can you find one of the ingredients that I need to make this mixture work?
