Most people complain but are unwilling to take the risk to innovate but yet some will stick there neck out, even though they know it will only bring them pain. New solutions create tension for those that are used to the ways things are. Then many of those individuals will attack every move of the innovator until many will just quick before their innovation takes place. Yet if the innovator does persevere there actions will truly make a difference that many will take for granted in the near future. So I say may G-D bless the innovator to continue his/her pursuit of excellence against a world that truly might forget their hard work and brilliance.
