The Conjuring- Had me thinking it’s not great but it’s bad?

Great cinematography, set design and special effects. A few scary scenes but  many slow parts. Light in Character development and storyline. You can add a 1/2 star more if your into 70’s type horror films, if you like horror movies without the gore, or like horror movies based on “true stories ”  ** 1/2
