There should be a set of ethics and/or gym courtesy that permeates the world of sweat. Here are few of the rules (below) I would add to the list.

(1) 1 Minute Rule– When working on machines you have one minute in-between to relax, text or dilly dolly before allowing another individual to utilize the equipment.

(2)  Sweat Towel-  Individuals who permeate the air and/or equipment with much of their own liquid should have a towel to keep them and the environment a bit cleaner.  A deodorant stick in advance could also be beneficial.

(3) Hello-  Working out doesn’t stop an individual from general warmness to others but others shouldn’t expect a deep conversation. 5 minute rule might apply here before hitting the machines

(4) Spotting-  When asked one should warmly accept and due their best to make sure that the person their spotting is putting in 99 % of the effort.

Many wiser and learned individuals have studied the Talmud so my interpretations might be much too simple yet let me speak my truth even if it’s still clouded.  I believe G-D let us down the path of study to explore how we can live a better life in the universe thou has created.  The books laws and rules must coincide with  “today’s world” in all it’s imperfections not necessarily what came before.  This doesn’t mean one purposely invalidate a rule because it’s “inconvenient” but look deeper into the purpose of why it is written and how that can make the world around you and the steps further away better.  In conclusion my interpretation respects those who follow it the T and those who see openings based on making this “current world” better. G-D made us to perfect the world of today and tomorrow.

I’ve recently traveled new roads and now let’s see if my world’s a changing.  These paths include investing in whole new markets in podcasts, film investments, brand new studio space and in the general steps I’m starting to walk.  I have even put up new boundaries that when an “episode”  occurs I can continue to move forward not fall behind.  G-D willing taking these new steps will bring that yellow brick road to my doorstep.

I’m going through a Jesus moment and am still a practicing Jew.  For, just as we all can agree that Jesus had a cross to bear so have I seen this in my life. Don’t get me wrong mine is not putting holes in my body (ow) but is more psychological. Yet, the attitude that Jesus took when up on his cross calms M-E down when all the palms come slamming in my direction.  Don’t worry Rabbi I’m not trading in Bibles I’m just discovering how one faith can truly positively influence another individual and for that reason Jesus might just be my brother.

Just as the universe is full of many opposites could there be one in your mirror as well? As there is hot and cold opposites that surround our universe wherever one would look, smell, taste or feel so is it impossible to think that your mirror is cracked as well.  Maybe there is a living soul who did the complete opposite of what you did and ended up in an entirely different spot or even keeps your seat warm now?  If there are  many versions of Y-O-U in different sphere’s existing could one live an entirely different existence there? If so would you trade places with them if just for the moment or continue to exist in the mirror you stare at everyday?

FOOTNOTE-   I must say this theory didn’t come from my neurons but was passed on by  “The Amelia Project” episode one which as you can read was mind explosive.

With Bud Rebel grammar Y-O-U won’t be grammatical correct but Y-O-U won’t be a jerk about it. For example I LOVE Y-O-U  has way toooo many capital letters and yes the too has many more o’s in it but for emphasize not to just be obnoxious. Bud Rebel grammar can also be a mistake that occurs because one is trying to get the main point across and overlook how it should properly be formulated.  In conclusion Bud Rebel is not perfect but is meant to be that when it as a higher purpose to it or is rushed to get there.

Are they Y-E-S people or are they true?  If you’re not sure test them with the “worst idea yet”. If they’re all gong ho to go then maybe you should leave them before your wallet disappears. Of course they could just love your charisma so make sure your enthusiasm isn’t over selling your “dumb idea”. Yet even if so they still seem enthusiastic about something that appears clueless they should have some smart questions in return. Testing with your worst idea might give you the results you need even if it’s not the one you truly want to hear.

Dear Mr. President:

It’s time to make mental health great again even better then before with the following proposals (below).

(1) Change HIPPA laws so loved one’s can get and provide information on their family members unless the patient specifically restricts said information to that person. If they restricted the information they still be able to know that their family member is in the hospital and some basic information.

(2) SET UP DIFFUSE CENTERS- This would allow individuals who are having a mental health episode a place to diffuse without the restrictions of a hospital with mental health professionals on staff. These individuals could be persuaded to seek further help if need be.

(3) ALLOW FAMILY HELP-  If a family member deems another is suffering without a direct threat to themselves or others they can still seek professional intervention. They and their loved one would be tested and receive treatment by professional if deemed necessary.

(4) OPEN UP MORE TREATMENT FACILITIES WITH EASIER ACCESS

(5) MENTAL HEALTH IN PRISONS, DRUG TREATMENT FACILITIES, HOMELESS SHELTERS ETC- This will insure that mental health is treated where it hits the communities most effected by it and society as a whole.

Perfect wife doesn’t necessarily spell perfect wife. A matter of fact the spelling can be all wrong as one doesn’t want to write anymore. Without the stress of a situation laziness can creep into one’s body until their talents subside on the couch. The need to “escape” enables one to push forward when others just settle in. Complacency leads to lack of effort in what one does or says.  Therefore perfect wife may not be perfect life after all.

It’s your last shot till retirement so are you ready for the next court? You can’t be in your zone for every but that doesn’t mean you have to stop shooting. For, if you prepared as to what happens next you can stay in the “game” even if it’s at an entirely different pace with new muscle(s).  So keep shooting till they take you off the court and have your plans set for the next move as retirement may not be in your future just a whole different type of game.
