Let’s face it forgiveness is hard but holding a grudge is even harder. For, when holds a grudge they give free rent to those they are hating in their neurons and trust me they are firing off.  Those full of such rage avoid places, events and any interactions where the “hate” maybe present even if there is more love/happiness that truly could be found there. Forgiveness can suck for the moment especially when someone doesn’t specifically ask for it but hate takes a lifetime to conquer and eats away from the happiness one can truly achieve. In the end if G-D can forgive billions maybe we can forgive the person next door?

FOOTNOTE- Forgiveness, doesn’t mean forgetfulness or lack of justice it just means closure in your own heart and soul.

11/o4/26-  Eighty percent of registered Democrats have voted Republican this year after President Trump suggested they vote for Democrats.  “I just do exactly the opposite of what this tyrannical President suggests we do”, said a member of Code Pink as she proudly showed her GOP Ballot.   There also appears to much more barking at 1 AM from two legged individuals as President Trump suggested this wasn’t a good idea.

There are two polar opposite positions I have on the situation with Jimmy Kimmel. The first is what he said was so reprehensible that he deserves to be fired point-blank or on the head. My second is the government should not even appear to be involved in the decision unless it’s a direct violation of the FCC such as profanity, nudity etc or tales. The President also has the right to speak his mind, but should not unduly decide the outcome. We also need to have some balance on the airwaves that the government hands out for free, which excludes Cable, the internet etc. Therefore, “Jimmy Kimmel” should probably still be off the air, but only because he’s not drawing the audience that could be achieved if another, more balanced artist took his spot.

One week from now our books will be sealed for the coming year at least according to my faith. We have one week to seek forgiveness, give charity and/or find a new path before that clock is called for anyone of us. G-D willing even the smallest move in such direction will keep our clock moving full force to health, happiness, success and most importantly peace for the next 365 days or so.  As our book keeps writing along with no end in sight.

If you and your four legged friend needs to trim down or build up well then maybe it’s time for a “Dog Trainer“.  This trainer will incorporate just the right exercise to keep you and your best friend in shape with an exercise plan that has two and four legs running, jumping as well as  playing. “Dog Trainer” because being in good shape should involve the whole family even ones that bark.

“The End” by Five Finger Death Punch and “Baby Metal” has a Bud Rebel vibe as it combines not only different styles but languages in one song. I’m usually not a big fan of “Five Finger Death Punch” vocals, but for some reason this song hits my chords. Please give it a listen and let me know if it hits your Bud Rebel style as well.

The easiest lyrics to write if one wants their song to hit the right key$ is a love song. For even if someone is not in love, they surely want to feel that way. They want the words that come out of the singer$ to be found in their own mirror. That they are beautiful, the love of their love, one of a kind etc etc.  Of course, we all have difficult times and songs that hit those vibes slam the key$ as well, but nothing as powerful as a song that mimics the way someone wants to be loved.

I’m sharing because I’m caring for my own mirror. Don’t get M-E wrong it’s delicious and I want you to enjoy the flavors but I also want you to share the calories. For, if I don’t share well then I’ll have to go to the gym at least one more time this week.  Sharing is caring when it comes to food it just not be as noble as one would think.

Sometimes “feeling good” is what is called for in life’s prescription and “The Senior” was that prescription last night. This film will not cure Cancer but will help you get over that annoying cold. It is the band aid you keep in your draw to heal the pain of life. “The Senior” has many a touching moment but nothing you’ll need extra Kleenex’s for yet enough to make you believe you can do more even if it’s just for a moment. It’s not raw enough to hold on to but opens up a wound that you might not have seen coming and heals it maybe a bit too quick.  When feeling good is something you want to play in your life watch “The Senior” and enjoy the emotion.

When life seems to be closing in look deeper in. For, there is so much around Y-O-U yet to be explored.  Instead driving down that street walk and explore all it truly has to offer. Life is a rush but sometimes slowing down allows one to truly see the beauty and wonder that is right around them.
