Sometimes a song is truly the words as one can hear in “15 Minutes” by Luke Combs. The music and vocals are fine but what truly pulls you in are the lyrics that take you G-D willing behind your normal 4 walls. “15 Minutes” takes us to a place we would never want to go and brings us an understanding of the pain this place not only brings to those that deserve it but the innocent family they leave behind. Therapist Ant- Just try to understand her in the moment.
King Adam- That’s the point I don’t want I did wrong?
Queen Eve- You disrespected me?
King Adam- But how and then two days of people ignored and pushed around for what?
Queen Eve- You know why you’re just trying to get me mad. You enjoy it.
King Adam – Why would I enjoy it. Until you realize I would never would want to get you angry. I just want peace and happiness.

This “therapist” was so empathetic to the point of taking my side whether it was in the light or dark and lately I was getting darker everyday. She would say that there was nothing wrong with M-E just that I was unfortunately surrounded by “narcissistic”. I needed to remove “them” . So I did one by one until these iron bars stopped M-E. Now, this cell is showing me a whole new light that the truth didn’t lie in my head. Too late this realization came after the therapist session ended for good.
FOOTNOTE- You want a therapist to bring you to your uncomfortable zone and learn to bear with it not run away/eliminate it.
I’ve been carefully thinking of all the possibilities but nothing seemed to fit until I got or at least my device did. For, it appeared I was having the worst case of gray rocking as everyone appeared to ignore M-E. I know I was a bit of jerk just a day ago but one stupid move should make everyone hate M-E now even “strangers”. Why were they all ghosting M-E. Then my smart watch gave M-E the answer I was dead. I’m glad I added death watch to my APPs. I guess that jerky move was a bit over the top and took me along for that ride.
As an artist I have to admit “Opalite” by Taylor Swift is a great song even if my politics would like to say something else. It’s one of “Taylor Swift’s” most catchy song with fun lyrics and steady flow. Yes, it’s pop but goes beyond what the normal 3 letters stand for. So respect your artists side and give Taylor her credit dew.

I said “N-O”, and it changed my life forever or at least I hope. For, now on I want “respect” first and love can wait by the door. My “triggers” will be in my control only to be pulled out when I want them and only to be used for my benefit. I’ve been through so much that my rock can be black if need be but yellow is the color I prefer. To conclude I’ll do you a favor but expect one in return.
FOOTNOTE- I haven’t joined the “Sicilians” I’m just working my mind to get there.
“OTWD” by the Underbrook is a new song that smacked me in the face just when I needed it. Punk Pop music has a way to do this with it’s in the face and tone as “Underbrook” clearly demonstrates this technique with this song. “OTWD” is a way to get out those aggressive feelings without having a police officer show up. Has this given you a good smack too?

Wow now it’s your time huh? A time when you decide you want to forget and just move on. I put my clock on hold for days waiting for this time to occur but it’s been hit so hard I don’t know if this clock is going to move near your level. How much cracks can one absorb without wanting to get a new watch even if it’s surrounded by a full attire of clothes? Some how I’m going to have to get my clock moving and that mean bringing up things that crack your time.
Maybe Dad and Mom really know that is the lesson I get from this weeks D’var Torah/Parsha. Yes, we want the freedom to choice who because our 2nd half but could someone who knows you from birth have a greater awareness of what you truly need rather then just desire? Abraham sent out his most senior associate to search for his sons Issacs match with clear instructions on what to do. This plan was such a success that today we continue to read about it. Maybe then dad and mom really do know what is best?
It’s not real and not to deep down I know it isn’t, but I still have my shovel. The world might point to a different existence but I still look to the sky believing somehow it will all just work out. Toxicity, abuse and pain I sweep under the rug trying to find a drop in a cup that others see as empty. There are many escape hatches I use to mask what is going on although sometimes the mask appears to be pulled away. Maybe one day I’ll escape or instead I’ll just allow my mind to continue to do so instead.
