Philosophy

Those occasions that stay in your head are not the one’s where you were part of your “normal life” but when you took a step away. Little acts of rebellion can lead to a lifetime full of memories. Maybe you decided to have a different take on what the crowd was saving, dance when everyone stood still, or just walked a few steps in the opposite direction these bits of rebellion will lead you to explore a different side of you and help form memories some good, some even bad even some ugly but all that are real.  Of course having a buddy can make sure those rebellious actions doesn’t lead to a lifetime of embarrassment (naked pictures do fly), jail (one extra drink can lead to one extra fight)  or even death (walking to close to the cliff).  Yet if you want to hold on to the moment a bit longer make sure the moment has a rebel in it.

I understand it’s been very tough to accept but I hope that these bits of information will help you walk away from the guilt and move on to do what you know is right.

WOMAN- You wanted to insure that the glass ceiling was broken not just for your generation but for your children. Yet this woman has supported governments as well as received monies from governments that have been abusive to basic woman’s rights including the right to vote, drive a car etc. It also is important to break the glass ceiling with a woman that insures it will continue to be broken not be fixed after she destroys the rest of the office.

JEWISH- It is sorta of a tradition in your local group to support Democrats especially for the Presidency.  If you open your eyes a bit wider you will see this tradition crumble as this leader supported/supports the Iranian Nuclear deal that puts so many more Jewish lives at risk in Israel and around the world by giving billions to this terrorist regime.

AFRICAN AMERICAN’S – This is even a stronger tradition then those of the Jewish faith. Please ask yourself why should this tradition continue when many of your fellow African American’s have continued to live in a plight of poverty and despair under the Democratic party banner. Should someone else be given a chance to make things better?

EXPERIENCE-  It is true that Hillary Clinton has extensive experience in government but if you look at what that experience has lead to as Secretary of State (Benghazi, Iranian Nuclear Deal, Open Servers, Special Favors etc etc). Is that truly the experience we want to lead us?

SMART- Hillary might be brilliant when it comes to shoot off facts and figures yet the concept of understanding a C is confidential (instead of a grade) after spending almost her entire adult life in government is a concept behind her ability. She also seems to forget a great deal of her training that she received as Secretary of State. Sometimes those that are book smart have very little common sense or feel that they are smarter enough to get away with breaking laws others must keep. 

DONALD TRUMP-  It is true that Mr. Trump has said some brash/crude remarks about certain individuals during the primary and his business dealings are less then perfect but let us remember that was a different time and place. For when you are trying to stand out among 17 competitors sometimes a  stronger word might be said and the business world is based on profits while public service is based on community.  It takes time to adjust but I think we can see that this adjustment has occurred. 

To conclude it is your choice what you decide to do on November 8th yet make sure it’s your choice based on logic and not pressure from others and when you make it you have no guilt for doing what is right.

No matter who you meet in life they’ll will be a wall you can’t cross. Some times it will appear as if that person is truly open to all thoughts and ideas, clear as piece of glass until you say “….” then everything will come crashing to the ground. Other walls you might slowly touch and move yourself across till you get to a safer topic. It might not even be a wall made of bricks that stop the conversation but one made of straw in which your thoughts and ideas are tiresome and boring to the one you’re speaking to.  It is important to be yourself but realize only part will be shown to each person you meet unless you don’t mind getting stopped in your track. For the wall someone puts up is one not easily climbed or dug through therefore pick your topics carefully or enjoy the pain.

Before you peel yourself off  on the wrong side of the bed why don’t you check this list (below) in your head and see if you will jump up instead.

(1) ALIVE-  If you’re still alive today you’re probably better off then some who are sleeping for eternity.

(2) FREE- It might not appear to be that case but remember you set the alarm and can snooze through without literally being killed… (I hope)

(3) FRIENDS & FAMILY- G-D willing they can check the top two points this morning.

(4) PEACE- Kumbaya might not be your families morning song but it’s probably not bombs and gun shots.

(5)  SUSTENANCE-  You probably didn’t wake up in the Trump Towers but at least you didn’t wake up in the middle of a jungle looking as a delicious meal to Simba.

(6) PROBLEMS-  That’s right you’re morning is up to some challenges but with your good new morning spirit you have the creativity and drive to solve them or at least another pillow to get some sleep. 

Have you ever felt that you were moving in the right direction until that one grain of sand stuck in your eye? In the scheme of things it really means nothing but to the person who brings it up to you it feels as if they’re sticking a knife slowly in your back.  Whether it’s your perception or reality it really doesn’t matter because it hurts. Then it’s time to run back to your beach and take a moment to put your toes in the sand for everything is truly going to be all right one grain at a time.
