black river choc

There is one chocolate that is more nuttier then the rest. It isn’t the type of nuts that you would add to the chocolate but the actually flavor of the chocolate that counts. “Black River”  Dark has that dry nutty flavor that proves Chocolate truly does come from the trees.  It is one of the most difficult chocolates to locate and when you find it be ready to expend some real resources $$ to get it ($7.oo a bar) but if you want the authentic taste of chocolate this is an expense you’ll learn to bear to deal with.

Lay it on!

wasabi

I try to avoid Potato Chips because they’re not the healthiest item in the pantry but I’ll make an exception for Lay’s Wasabi Chips. Their flavor is outrageous with the taste of Wasabi tingling your tongue with every crunch. A hint of ginger gives it the added character that leaves you grabbing for more. Here’s a few other chips I hope we could invent for Lays.

(1)Potato Pancake flavor- There already potatoes all we need is a little dill, onions, and chives (put the apple sauce on the side)

(2) Red Curry- Thai magic could enhance the chip to new heights.

(3)Cheddar & Jalapeno- An Accent of two strong flavors would truly invigorate the crunch experience.

(4) Peppercorn Flavor- It reminds you of a great steak but with a few less calories and cholesterol.

(5) Bernaise flavor- I guess Steak and the French are on my mind this morning.

In today’s world it’s hard to keep up with Phil’s (Doctor of course).  Everyday there is a new food fad that will enhance your life.  This one seems rather old though a matter of fact I remember watching it when I was younger.

brown vs white

CAN’T ALL EGGS GET ALONG

I’ve been a big fan of brown whether it be brown rice, brown sugar (it’s amazing I married a white woman)  so when brown eggs came out I assumed they were better then white eggs.  Now I find there isn’t any real nutritional difference (see link below).  Well at least they look prettier.
