Sports illustrator Caitlyn Jenner Cover= Jumping the Shark
Sports Illustrator has jumped the Shark (T.V Term) with it’s cover of Caityln Jenner which has more to do with political corrections then anything to do with sports. Of course the cover on a sports magazine will grab some initial attention but what does Caitlyn have to do with sports or more importantly their customers today. They forgot the key ingredients in any business their customers for imagine going to KFC and finding they only sell carrots and celery. They management of that KFC might believe it’s good for the customers but those same customers will vote with their dollars to go to restaurants such as Popeye’s instead. Magazines such as Sports Illustrator are dying to do online reading but I’m afraid that the cover of Caityln Jenner has just given them a new shovel.

Red Cross “Cool Poster” = What
NOT TYPICAL
The Red Cross poster that portrays being “Cool” as white people following the rules and African Americans as doing the opposite is not only racist but stupid. Betraying African American’s as being uncool is like betraying an Apple as rotten for although their are some Apples that might fit such a description we don’t assume most are. In other words African American’s have had to suffer from many stereotypes that are hurtful but being cool is not one of them. How a marketing team came up with this concept is behind me but watching too much Urkel from Full House must have played a role.

Michael Jackson- Nude Images/Tortured Animals-WHAT?
The Huffington Post reports police s authorities have said Michael Jackson had a stockpile of nude image of children and animal torture when they raided his house in 2003. If that is the case then why does the public find out about it 13 years after this discovery and 7 years after his death ? How can a dead man try to prove his innocence? We know that Michael Jackson had a troubled life yet with all the accusations thrown his way there was no convictions even for the possession of these “awful pornographic images“. Which begs the question were the authorities totally incompetent or is someone trying to destroy an individual from behind the grave. I’ll chose the later maybe because of my bias towards his music or maybe because I believe that if someone can’t defend themselves then leave them alone. To be honest it’s a probably a combination of both thoughts.

On Sunday July 24th we are scheduled to shoot a talk/variety show based on various concepts conceived on this blog which YOU can have a STARRING PART in. Of course scheduled in the world of entertainment is just a word that can move from place to place. This show will start out as a webcast but with your talents behind the scenes who knows where we’ll end up. Pay if any is minimal but the experience will last a lifetime or at least the day. Khloe Kardashian – O.J Simpson
Khloe Kardashian will not be celebrating Father’s Day if she finds out O.J Simpson is her genetic father. A matter of fact she will probably have to get a license before holding a knife. Seriously though could nothing be more disturbing then hearing that your genetics come from an unrepentant cold hear ted murderer. It would be a battle of fear vs curiosity in my mind if I was in Khloe’s shoes (which pair to wear) . It’s sad to say but curiosity will prevail and the results will be known to the public. Either way the results come out, we in the public should consider them negative because nobody should be judged for the sins of their father.
