There is probably nothing more painful for a person other then facing their own mortality then those of their loved one. Yet when one believes that their loved one’s are journeying to a different place it can become much more comforting. A place where there is true peace and happiness. This place is where they can see you and you still can feel their presence in others and even in a wind that blows out of know where.  If you can imagine your loved one going to a far off land without any cell phone reception then this could help them peaceful enter their new destination and chart one for you.  Their journey might begin again in a new body right here on earth or on a distant gate but it will somewhere that is so wonderful that they won’t want to return to their old body.  Of course they will miss you as you miss them but G-D willing the memories will help you both move forward in peace and renewed happiness.

I might have found the nut in the water that knocks me sideways. No good person in America wants to see another tragedy like we’ve seen way to often from Parkland Florida to Las Vegas Nevada and that is why I take the stance I take while you might take a different stance.  In my heart I truly believe the only way to stop a bad person meant on perpetrating evil at the moment is to have a good person prepared and willing to stop it.  We can believe in our police and FBI coming to the rescue but way too often even those officers of peace can only make after a slaughter has begun.  Whether it happens in a home where domestic abuse is rampant and an individual needs to protect them as well as their children immediately, an inner city where a young lady must be able to protect herself against an attacker or even “the back country” where animals unknown to city folk can suddenly attack we shouldn’t be in the busy of telling how this protection needs to occur. Of course this doesn’t mean everyone is capable of handing this equipment as not everyone is capable of driving a car. Therefore we should consider innovative ways to solve an old problem here are just some (below).

(1)  NRA LIAISON OFFICER-   If an individual buys an unusual large amount of ammunition at one time or many weapons a trained NRA Liaison officer and an Officer of the laws would meet with such an individual in a friendly basis and try to determine if further investigation is needed for local or federal officials. This way an individual 2nd Amendment rights are protected as well as the public safety. They could ask the court to temporarily take away these weapons and ammo for 30 days until a deeper investigation occurs.

(2) WATCH LIST-  Individuals who are expelled from school have been reported for domestic abuse, animal cruelty etc would set off a red bell when purchasing any weapons. Once that occurs an NRA Liaison Officer with an officer of the Law would meet said individual at their home to insure they are intended for peaceful purposes. They could ask the court to temporarily take away these weapons for 30 days for further investigation. 

I’m alive but parts of me have died and I don’t believe they can be resuscitated.  Maybe it’s the med’s the Doctor prescribed  to make sure I’m not too cold that has kept me lukewarm or maybe the excitement has just burned out of me before the candlestick has had it’s last flicker?  I don’t know all I know is I just exist in this inner world with a fear to let out the excitement that I’m burning to share with others …or am I? For the inner world is the safe place to keep them so I won’t be that odd child I was when it was alive.

Sylvester Stallone is alive again …. I think. For I don’t actually know when this blog post will be read and G-D only knows the date of our departure but as of this moment I’m writing Mr. Stallone is still in the ring.  G-D willing Mr. Stallone will keep fighting till they make  Rocky 1 Million.   Let us continue to root that he stays in the ring for many, many more rumors of his death to come.

My ultimate goal would be to have my own private island and before you judge me as some egomaniac bent on power and control please see the rules (below) and tell me whether you would come to join me or stay where you are.

(1) COMPLETE RETURN– If for any reason you don’t want to stay on the island you will have full access to leave with anyone else who wants to join you and we will pay for that one way ticket if need be.

(2) TAXES – Will be included on any item or service used (Religious Organization will be granted yearly refund) and used to fund entrepreneurial enterprises for any of the residents who have such a plan, basic infrastructure, defense (4), basic charity (7) Education (2) for any residents who can’t afford these services.

(2A) CREATIVITY –   The island will be geared to establishing free thoughts and creativity in every avenue possible as it continues to maintain a basic structure for that to occur.

(3) EDUCATION-  Individuals out of  “normal school schedule” would still be required to attend some type of educational program once a week.

(4) DEFENSE-   All residents in good mental health would be required to be trained and carry. There would also be exercises in basic rescue so all can be trained to save life’s

(5) EXERCISE-  People who reside on this island would have to be involved in some type of physical exercise program at least twice a week.

(6) SABBATH & MEDITATION-    All basic businesses would be closed on Sabbath (depending on your date of observance) and 3 moments of the day would be observed for prayer and/or mediation.  Basic functions would exist though as individuals would be drawn on a random lottery system to provide such necessary services to the public. There would be no forced way to observe such periods but disturbance of others would be prohibited.  

(7) WORK –   All individuals would have to perform some type of work activity on a daily basis to receive any benefits of said society except if they are fully incapacitated. 

(8) INTERVENTION-   Individuals who are loners or appear to be having difficulties will be visited by trained professionals to assure that they are of no harm to themselves or others. If they refuse such intervention they will be removed from the island.

(9) GOVERNANCE –  Although this will be my island all residents will have to participate in it’s governance to assure that their own thoughts and talents are utilized to make it a success.

(10) FREEDOM-   Except for the basic obligations (above) all other rights will be reserved by said individuals and their families.

Bubba Wallace is an incredible NASCAR driver who came in 2nd at the Daytona 500 and by the way happens to be African American.  What a refreshing angle where individuals are judged on their talent and not by the way’s.  We all have a different angles that we take in to our own race and let us be judged on that skill on that track of life not the look/image of the body of our cars.

The legend of # 3 Dale Earnhardt was restored today as Austin Dillon put #3 in the winning circle again.  It was quite an ironic feat that when NASCAR fans were complaining that there were too many new faces that one restored the classic # 3 in a spectacular fashion. Dale Earnhardt is to NASCAR as Jack Nicklaus is to golf but with a bit more Red Bull behind him.  Part of the pull of this incredible sport is not just the speed but the people behind the wheel and today a legend was born again but with a different name Austin Dillon yet the same powerful number #3. Whether Austin Dillon keep the name going is yet to be seen but tonight old and young fans of NASCAR both celebrate his victory.

I’m not saying that I’m a father that knows best but one that knows better.  For there are things I wish I could walk back and do differently although things still worked out great…. I think? Here are just some tidbits I would like to share with those expecting or those for whom the Stork has arrived.

(1) CHORES- Give your children chores that they must do on a daily or weekly basis which they earn rewards for.

(2) HUGS- Don’t let them stop giving you a hug when they turn into a teenager. This is more difficult then can be seen and therefore might be a hidden activity.

(3) CALLS- Let them learn to call or text (that’s probably as good as it gets now) you on a regular basis as early as possible so it will be a trait they can’t forget.

(4) READ TO YOU- It’s important that not only you read to them but they read to you so they can have this passion later on in life.

(5) OUTDOORS- Have more outdoor fun with your children and note getting a little bruise or mud on their clothes only makes them tougher.

(6) UNDERSTAND- Though you may have tons of activities planned for your children the ones that are unplanned might be the ones they truly enjoy.

(7) LISTEN- You’ve never listened enough to the brilliance that a young mind has for you even if it’s expressed in action not words.

“What Happened To Monday” allow the viewer to believe in the art of imagination again. With a unique concept that develops in a way that one could not seen forth coming unless they read the cliff notes. The suspense is intense and keeps you on your feet from the opening scenes to the closing moments. The only problem is the characters could have been developed a bit more but with so much actions I’m not sure how that could have been accomplished.

****   A Dystopia movie which leaves the viewer thinking well into the next day(s).
