I’m Alive

Posted by Bruce - in Blog - No Comments

To my loved ones and those that like me a bit I’m alive and you don’t have to take a census to prove it just give me a call or even text. G-D commanded Moses to count each person so that each individual was noted  I’m only asking you to text me every once in awhile. I know it might hurt your fingers to dial or text my number but isn’t it nice to know that the some what old man is still pulling up roses not under them?  I’m not asking for you to write a book (although that would be nice) but get a call or two while I’m still here. Thank G-D I’m alive and hopefully will be there when you actually call as well.

Venezuela Next Move

Posted by Bruce - in Blog - No Comments

With the Venezuelan Freedom Movement fighting in a stalemate it’s time our President make the next move.  The President should hold secret talks with the one that is keeping the dictator Maduro from relinquishing his power grab by offering Putin a deal he can’t refuse. The deal would consist of holding a summit in the United States to smooth over relationship and maybe giving Putin some power in another part of the globe once Maduro’s plane to Cuba is in the air.  This would avoid any need for military action and give the Venezuelan people a chance to live in a free and prosperous country again.

The Times they are a changing

The NY Times may have realized after the debacle of their 2016 Election Coverage and the Anti-Semitic cartoon that they are changing and the better not get behind the big story this time again.  With the Horowitz Inspector General report coming out which is looking into how this whole made up story of Russian collusion with the President began, this paper of record might have realized it’s time for a new narrative… the truth. This could be too big a story to cover up on page 68.   The paper might truly “break news” instead of make it up or at least become a paper worth reading again in the non-fiction area.

DeBronx Fever

Posted by Bruce - in Blog - No Comments

I have DeBronx Fever and I’m not looking to get rid of it anytime soon. For it’s a fever that I’ve had for more then 1/2 my life as I spent a good deal of time in this incredible borough.  DeBronx Fever is unlike any other pulse in the city or the world for it’s honest and fun in a way that one doesn’t experience even if they crossed the globe.  It is a diverse fever full of the beats, sounds and expressions combined in a way that makes it quite unique and once you get it never fully leaves you.  DeBronx Fever it’s hot…very hot!

FEEL!!!!

Posted by Bruce - in Blog - No Comments

You run through all the numbers and data sheets but in the end it’s really the feel. For no matter how it might appear to add up if the feel is lacking then your project can become all wet before it even starts.  Don’t get me your initiation might also turn into a storm but if the feeling is just right then the sun will be brighter then ever once it passes.  Tonight I met with individuals that gave me such an impression now the facts and figures will soon hit home.  G-D willing this feel is the right one and many new doors of opportunity , fun and excitement will be available to those that join me on this trek.

It Sucks!

Posted by Bruce - in Blog - No Comments

Though I have cuts and bruises I continue to swim to what I hope is land. Though my arms and legs are getting more and more tired with every stroke I continue to swim. For it sucks how those who promised to swim next to me and pull me ahead swim in the opposite direction as soon as they get their feet actually wet.  Then there are those individuals who have sucked the life out of me as I swam to the picture they painted  only to find it’s a  mirage in the middle of the sea.  There are even times that we are swimming together or at least I think so until I realize that they are just a parasite sucking out more and more of my blood. You might wonder why I continue to swim with all these bruises I guess because there is know where else to go when you’re in the middle of the ocean accept down.

FOOTNOTE- I have hired a shark or two who will help protect my swimming lane.

Humor Intervention

Posted by Bruce - in Blog - No Comments

It came to a forefront that they were right my jokes were getting really cheesy Swiss Cheesy to tell you the truth. See I told you it was bad but I didn’t release how they had fallen straight off the cliff.  Yes, once in awhile I noticed the dead air instead of laughter but I assumed they just didn’t hear the punch line but they did and it hurt.  Now I’m getting humor help from some friends such as Jim Carrey who has been in recovery since the 80’s. I just hope my path to humor health will not be so painful and can bury all these dead jokes once and for all.

Handshake Crime

Posted by Bruce - in Blog - No Comments

I was only trying to be friendly as I forgot for  a moment the protocol which has landed these hands behind bars. I was really happy to get this deal going and now I know it should have been just used my hands to write it down instead of grab another hand.  Well they say it wasn’t just the handshake but they way it was performed with all 5 fingers and a grip measuring 2 inches too long.  I’m sorry for my crime and will try to keep my hands to myself next time. Yet for now all I can grab is this cold hard steel bars which I hope isn’t illegal as well.

FOOTNOTE- This post might appear over the hand but workplaces are on the move to ban handshakes (see below). I guess the traditional people of the Jewish faith are more modern then I thought.

Posted by Bruce - in Blog - No Comments

May 1st -6:22PM  Attorney General William Barr is cancelling his testimony in front of the House Judiciary Committee after the panel said their dogs should be able to ask questions of the sitting Attorney General. House Judiciary Committee Nadler said if Mr. Barr has nothing to hide then why is he afraid to speak in front of the house members and it’s dogs.  The Attorney General said that he doesn’t speak dog and is allergic to the 4 legged friends. Congresswoman Alexandria Cortez has already started impeachment proceedings against the Attorney General because of his refusal to testify she said  “It’s ruff discrimination and that should not be tolerated in our Congress”.

Just Funny

Posted by Bruce - in Blog - No Comments

I accidentally started watching the show “Bless This Mess” after  an episode of Blackish in which I knew one of the actors and suddenly knew this was an accident that needed to happen. For once in awhile you just need to laugh without any deep premise behind it and Bless This House did just that. This show is just plain funny and silly in the heart…land.  I’m not sure if other episodes will allow me to feel this way but it has now changed my current Tuesday plans until a better accident occurs in my life.
