I read the bible on a bi-daily basis but I never noticed until a few days ago how it deals with the problems of addiction.  For, the bible tells how it isn’t just those that are struggling who can become addicted but those who just want a bit more “excitement”.  The Bible suggests that those who dip their toe into a small pond of darkness as a quick escape can become drowned in the sea in no time. G-D knows we all want more yet the key is finding a balance that we can truly navigate instead of allowing addiction to drive us instead.

If this song was only true in many more life’s  (including mine) the world would be a better place.  Imagine if you and I could just accept others with their faults and errors without those 2 words.  I’m not saying we would forget just forgive as long as their heart was truly in the right spot and we saw they were trying to make a change. Of course, certain actions can only be forgiven by a higher authority but in general “No apologies” might just be the song to sing and live by as well.

Here are more plans (below) on November 9th depending on which way the country swings. I’ve never felt so worried that our country could lead a way from a constitutional republic if one side wins then today and must adopt a lifestyle accordingly should that occur.

REPUBLICAN’S WIN-  If the Republicans win the House and/or Senate I’m investing in the future big time.  I still might look into property outside of my state if the governor’s mansion doesn’t turn red but at least I’ll feel a bit more comfortable in the country I was born and raised in.

DEMOCRATS WIN-  On the other hand if the Democrats somehow hold onto the House and the Senate I plan to look at my exit plan.  I will make sure my passports are up to date and look to buy property and/or investments outside this country. Additionally, I will look to buy and lease a 2nd home in a strong red state as a back up to a quick exit.

Since I know you’ll probably never read this let me tell you “my truth”.  I understand that ” “what you’re going through” and/or ” what they said” really hurt you and I’m truly sorry that it did. I’m also sorry that it occurred but to tell you the truth that’s life. Life can really suck and the quicker you move forward the healthier you’ll be.  Life at times isn’t fair and without some faith, you’ll never see the bigger picture out there. It’s not that I don’t want you to get angry but channel that force instead into something healthy for you and society as a whole.  Maybe go to the gym a bit more, put the feelings into the art you make and/or  let it motivate you to make that difference.  All the empathy in the world isn’t going to change the picture only you can do that.  G-D willing that will occur soon and I’ll be there to provide a new canvas for this vision that has much more light to it.

FOOTNOTE- Not directed at one person but parts of many instead.

This is one place where you’re off-key will just be right. As a matter of fact, they welcome your voice on a regular basis even if you’re kicked out of the carpool for having this one.  The truth is you’ll probably sing with a group so your tone might just fit in. Yes, you are welcome to sing anytime you want at your local Shul, Church, and/or Mosque and we promise no finger ear plugs are required.

Sometimes a creation is made in my honor this can be said of the Golden Tumeric Cereal. For, how off the beaten trail is putting Tumeric into cereal?  So this cereal definitely hits the rebellion part of my name yet it’s also good for Y-O-U and doesn’t taste that way so Bud has been conquered as well.  Therefore I award Golden Tumeric Cereal an official Bud Rebel Seal of Approval for the rebellion can still taste delicious.

I wasn’t born in a castle but my lineage goes back further than the dearly departed Queen Elizabeth so I understand a bit about royalty. Yet at the same time have strong reservations about the Monarch system as a whole. This is a  system that was basically attained through the blood of others as the monarchs moved to take over territory after territory. Yes, these monarchs brought forms of democracy to such areas but also hurt many cultures and plundered their destiny’s along their path. Yet no one picks where they are born only how they live their life under such circumstances. So we mourn Queen Elizabeth who showed the world how best to wear such a crown and provide the best reasons such as kindness, compassion, loyality, and love to keep the crown alive today.
