To go forward sometimes it’s best to think back. There are times in any relationship where things get too quiet for one or more of the partners yet thinking about experiences so thinking about experiences you shared together can help bridge that gap. Reminiscing can also help when your conversation is going to the deep end and rescue you from putting on the gloves (figuratively of course). So take a moment to share a previous experience and you might find moving forward a lot more fun.
I could have granted 3 wishes but instead of drowning toward the ocean floor. For, some reason they packaged me with cheese that should have been buried years ago as I was supposed to enter the cruise ship instead. Those hard workers could have been on easy street but when the boss said to toss the cheese overboard they didn’t look in between the slices. So let me out for good things can come in smelly/rotten packages.
If you want to nail it on Karaoke night and you don’t have “the voice” then let the audience sing along with Y-O-U. That’s right pick a song that everyone knows the words to and is catchy as a “Sweet Carolina” . Before you know you will have the whole room thinking your a **Star** even if you’re voice isn’t the headline of the show.
I got injured for Y-O-U so please enjoy. I knew I should have not sat in a chair while writing my latest script “See No Evil” and my daily blog posts because of back problems but no pain no gain at least in writing. The pain G-D willing will go away but hopefully, my blog posts and script will live on in Y-O-U. So please enjoy and “Ow that hurts”
I’m a runner and therefore every second or nose counts. You literally can win a race by one nostril; trust me I have. So when the bionic nose came out I was the first one to grab it. Yes, it gives me a nose on the competition, especially at the finish line but who’s actually looking, if they do I can just say I have a cold and fake a sneeze. An inch there or here can truly make the difference between 1st and 2nd place and the winner takes it all, especially the nose.
It’s not what we see or do but the smile that is seen. We could go to the finest restaurant or eat at the Castle it doesn’t make a difference as long as the dessert includes a smile. Yes, I have my own existence which makes me smile when you’re not in my room, whether it be location or head. It’s just that when we’re together and you’re smiling the whole world appears a whole light brighter even if that world appears to be just the 2 of us.
I literally put everything on the line for Y-O-U and if I’m lucky two hands will show their appreciation. One little mistake and this act could close for good at least on my work schedule. Of course, some mistakes don’t spell 6 feet under just hospital time off. You might ask why do this when they’re are safer ways to entertain others such as using one’s voice instead of life? We never know when our time is called I’d just rather it be with an adrenaline rush of performing in front of a live audience than having it just exist till the end.
You’re right it might sweep away with the tide but at least you heard it right? The point is you have a point and I’m not going to disagree with it even if my mirror tells me to. For, if your feelings lead you in one direction who am I to disagree? Maybe there are some questions that could be asked for you to feel that it’s not my way or the highway but I’ll carefully place them in the sand for you to find or let the sea take them away. You’re right might not be 100 % the way I feel but it will make you feel a whole lot better.
I wonder if this pen was supported by others where would I be writing today? Would I have never touched a hammer but instead created worlds that millions would have enjoyed or would I have been frustrated by not having the means to have them expand to a larger audience? Is it possible I could have been frustrated by the success I was supposed to have achieved but never came knocking out my door or be burnt out by demands that lead my writing to become bland and formulated? We can’t go back in time only ponder what time might have brought?
This was a speech I heard in a dream and as such, some of the words have been changed because who fully remembers a dream let alone a speech but I think you’ll get the point. It happens at a party where this once very able-bodied woman who now has MS takes the microphone.
TRACIE- Yuh, Uh, don’t worry this is not how I speak at least for now. Yet don’t feel sorry for me as these are just phases of our life. While you in the audience might look at me and say I have some disability I see it as just a new phase. Yes, of course, I would do almost anything to get over this phase but it’s also given me a whole new perspective on this thing called life. For, now not only can I smell the roses but don’t have to bend down to do so. While you might feel you’re looking from above I see a bright beautiful world I previously just walked over. So how is this a happy wedding speech? Life is going to bring challenges to this loving couple but if they can see it as phases in the clock well then time will keep running as fast as ever. I guess it’s one perspective and as long as you’re looking for the sun then the clouds will never get too dark. To the loving couple may this day continue to shine through all life cycles.
