I never went through a war but sometimes it feels as if I did. The trauma I experienced wasn’t on the battlefield yet hit M-E like drops of acid that I can’t shut off. It leaves M-E not only afraid to crack an eggshell but looking for them on an open field. I witnessed things that occurred out of know where in a world where “rational” was turned off. PTSD I have it even if it’s from a few battles and not a war.
