I’ve sat in this seat and created this business from scratch but did I? The workers are hired and fired upon my command yet is that truly the case? These products and services were brought to you by my decisions yet were they?
The truth is I might appear to have this “position” from the earthly vantage point but I truly know who is in charge. For my ability to perform any task is determined by the higher authority. The thoughts in “my head” can fall out anytime as I’ve seen with the most brilliant of minds. Problems don’t just arrive out of know where as do the “solutions” thereof. Yes, I have the title right here but the truth is I listen to higher authority. Now to make sure I take the time to hear the response with what is truly put on the board around me.
