“It’s Wrapped” is a dog bag that seals the “bad stuff” inside so you’ll feel comfortable carrying it till disposal time. The seal is Velcro and/or Ziploc system with the added benefit of a dose of fragrance to keep that seal feeling like it’s working. “It’s Wrapped” does it exist or should we go to the drawing board?
