After years of planning, M-E and my partner have formulated our business only to find another has forced themselves on our “team”. This partner didn’t invest any time, money, or effort in our “business” but is forcing their hand. Some of their ideas are ones we were going to implement anyway, but this partner has made a timeline that must come first before even our door opens. Imagine, they want to take a cut of every action we produce without dipping a toe into our pond. They will continue to burden us with new rules based on their whims, not the bottom line. No risk, just reward for all our efforts is that fair? I wish I could cut them out, but you’ve elected them to serve, and now the only way to get them out is to close the dream.
