I want to build a business that will create jobs, opportunities and F-U-N for the community at large and the only one in the way is government bureaucrats. Even as the property has been zoned as a nightclub all of a sudden I need a CO, Survey and some legal mumbo jumbo to be allowed to operate. I thought this was the United States not the old Soviet Union where payouts were part of any plan. Why should some governmental agency stop free enterprise from truly being free without restriction and regulations that only benefit those who are already in power? The vision, dreams of so many are riding on this business and I won’t let any bureaucrat stop us even if this more of a passion then a business at least initially.
