I decided to include Y-O-U and M-E on this ticking device of today. It’s M-E because I’m writing it down instead of trying to keep it unraveling in my head. So hear goes.
(1) Open a business account for Bud Rebel Properties either with Chase or Capital One whichever is faster, easier and/or gives me better benefits.
(2) Finalize papers for a Tenant Lease Lawyer
(3) Try to get my name on a business account for “Bank Of America”
(4) Make sure my replacement phone is ready, willing and able to work
(5) Start building up specs for “Tech Buddy” website.
(6) Meet with Tenant for new property purchased
