To tell or not depends on whether one can see, speak or hear the truth without a greater threat of not. If the “silence” allows a greater peace that last longer and with less of an eruption then it’s time to keep the mouth shut. If on the other hand there is a “time” when silence isn’t as golden or is rusting over time then it’s time to let it all our.
