What is scheduled on my mirror for this New Year? Here are things I hope to add to the agenda.
(1) MINDFULNESS– I have to expand the time on this pursuit especially with the simpler things that I take advantage on a daily basis.
(2) ABSORPTION- This year G-D willing I’ll train my mind to absorb more of the good energy and dispense of the bad energy before it takes real estate in my head. This will come in from setting stronger boundaries when need be and opening the door to others I might have kept out.
