The action has already occurred now to see it’s impact on M-E. I don’t want to go down that same rabbit hole so I can either change my thoughts on what occurred or go travel down a different behavior so it’s impact lessons. The “negative thought” is way too powerful so that I wanted to take is happening right now!!! It is taking M-E to a better place where my boiling point is a bit lower. CBT has saved me from the same old pattern and restored peace/balance to my life.
