Maybe the solution to build a just electoral map should reside in an impartial AI system that isn’t part of the “power structure”. The AI would just need the information of “said district” to determine where it ends and should begin. Logically drawing districts by what “truly fits” not what fits the power structure thereof. AI could be the solution that is truly just and fair in our “electoral system” as long as those inputting the information allow the system to work in that bases.
