If you want to feel refreshed and new it’s time to get out of your box. Often we get stuck in the same routine because it’s the safe place to be even if it’s not that comfortable. Yet when one steps outside their box and tries something a bit more “difficult/scary” they see that they are more capable then they believed. This builds new confidence and hope where before they only saw four tight walls. Jump outside your box or if not crawl one step at a time and before you know it your world will bigger as well as brighter then ever before.
