Individuals with slight mental health conditions can actually move up the ladder of success faster then others. Yet that achievement will be something they probably don’t see as the pain of a condition can cloud any movement along the way. Here are some conditions (below) that help move the steps.
(1) People Pleaser- These individuals go out of there way to help the customer/employers no matter what and as such will be the ones on the promotion board.
(2) Obsessive Compulsive/Perfectionist- They can be annoying but also brilliant in making sure everything is right with your product and/or service so they are needed and valued.
(3) Conflict Aversion- Individuals with this conditions will work to complete the task and avoid the conflicts that are hitting along the way.
(4) Narcists- As “dangerous” as these individuals can be in a small dosage they will do almost everything for success and in the end achieve it even if it’s destruction along the way.
