Too Good?

Could a medicine be too effective where symptoms are completely covered up giving one a false sense of security? If so DayQuill/NyQuill would be on such a list.  For upon taking this medicine one feels as if there body has shed all the symptoms that had taken them down to bed. Will this result in someone feeling that they are 100 % better when it’s just a 12 hour illusion maybe? Will an individual take unnecessary risk under the cloak of feeling better?   Yet isn’t it great to feel great again even if it’s not truly part of one’s mirror?  DayQuill/NyQuill works well maybe too well.
