You can have the person who has made their monies before entering the race or one who is looking to make monies after one. It is true that those who have had a decent income before a political career can look into cash on that end as well but are they usually as desperate as those who need this job to pay their mortgages and live the “lifestyle”? The decision is simple do you want a politician who has nothing to lose or one who is afraid to lose it all and will trade his position like a commodity to the highest bidder?
