You’re that 1st puff of a cigarette or that one extra step on that elliptical.  It just depends on the minutes I absorb from Y-O-U as you add or minus some from my clock. Do I input your negativity so that the clock stops ticking before my planned time or do I see your extra smile and run right past my time zone? As much as I might try to ignore a bad attitude I know some of it leaks into my stress and blood pressure numbers. Positive effects can also make my body move when it wants to slow down also.    For in the end, you’re not a carton of cigarettes but you might just be a puff that ends mine or on the other hand be the one that breathes more time on this clock.
