I’m an artists as I realize I paint for thee not thou. Yes, I want my work to be noticed but not if it destroys the intricate value of what I’m trying to create. It is important to make a living to support my art not to make a living selling out the later. To be true once in awhile I might paint with a brush that doesn’t feel authentic but that is only to make sure I have something on the table which allows me eventually to be M-E !! Once a creation is made I can’t stop to look to long before my brush and mind come together to create a whole new image. I’m an artist as the creation is key not what it creates for me.
