In a recent discussion with a group of my colleagues, we discussed how certain music is related to certain drugs. I personally enjoy the music as a whole but to deny the reality that forms of music are related to a particular drug usage is to deny reality as sad as it might be. LSD, Marijuana, Ecstasy, and Whiskey (the last one in moderation is fine with me) are just a few that easily come to mind when thinking of a music genre. Why this occurred is baffling but if we want to conquer the drug culture maybe we should consider the music that pairs with it?
