The Pass

No, (above) that’s not me I’ve just been given a 24-hour pass.  Every once in a while those that have gone through the gates get to come down to our “old world” on good behavior to attend a wedding, passing, or just to see how everyone is hanging.  Yes, we can make the wind blow a bit colder and you might hear our voices in the dark but it’s only for a short period, and trust me we’re in the Casper phase if that at all. In truth, we never ever totally leave and at times we’re even closer than one might think.

Undercover

You accept me with all my faults and more as I’m part of your “team”.  Traits and actions are deleted from my files even though they would land many an opponent up the river without a paddle. I know if I say that it’s “in the name” or “you know we need each other” all will be forgiven and I use it at every turn.  Our mutual fear of the opponent keeps us glued together through thick and thicker.  I know as long as our “team” wins I’ll have the pass. Therefore I’ll make sure that victory occurs no matter how that needs to be done and as such I know my sins will always be undercover.

Kleo- Part II- Netflix

Kleo is more than one show so I decided to post a 2nd blog post on it. For, one part is action & comedy and the other is theatrical drama and more.  Kleo moves in so many directions effectively that they are a puzzle that somehow fits the following episode yet is unique to stand alone.  Flashbacks, theatrical readings, and action it’s just part of the game this series takes you through.  It also has a unique take on history which is not in my perspective so it’s refreshing and a bit disturbing as one I don’t prescribe to but not so obvious it’s obnoxious. Kleo the Netflix series that has all the ingredients for a great show and a few more.

**** – Loved it so much that I didn’t let the faulty ending effect my final review

Plain

Let’s face it I’m plain. After I’m done on this plate many will forget I even existed. Yet, I lived a good life trying to bring joy and doing my part for those who were in my circle.  I didn’t revolutionize the world but that’s okay I had moments that were delightful and it was just a plain good life.   Plain isn’t so bad after all as long as that is was you ordered.

Serial Killer

He’s after me or so it seems. I run and hide as if I’m living through a real-life version of Halloween wondering how I can escape my boogie man. Then when I least expect he attacks but wait it’s not me it’s the….  Too late I was looking for the wrong killer all the time.

Dog Candy

Why should “Halloween” only be for the 2 legged friends with “Dog Candy”  we 4 leggers can enjoy it as well. This candy will only be packaged as such but contain the ingredients that we will enjoy without having to run to the vet afterward.  The key is it will look great before opening it up and taste the same for us as well.  It may not be the healthiest treat but it sure will be tasty.  “Dog Candy” isn’t it time for us to enjoy your fun?

Orange F-U-N

“Orange F-U-N” will be the one cuddly toy all your children and those with such a heart will have to put on their shopping list. This cuddly toy will only want to be held and cuddled as if it was a puppy and kitten combined in one. Playing and cuddling is the only mess it will leave behind.  Yet you can let it have rest time by closing its eyes as if it was a switch.  “Orange F-U-N” is this a dream worthy of putting together?

FOOTNOTE- This concept was formulated when I entered slumberland and didn’t want it to escape when I entered this land.

You had me at ha,ha.  While others had the possessions and the fame your jokes carried me way farther. I couldn’t get you out of my mind as you brought real happiness to a moment that was honestly getting a bit bland and boring. Trust me the routines don’t worry except if it’s in the funny bone stage.

Snake

I left many a mark in a garden and now I’m right around your corner. The temptation isn’t in the actual act of sin but in believing you’ve already stepped too far.  Just letting you “feel”  it’s too late as you brushed against your tree why not taste its fruit as well? Keeping G-D’s redemption view far from your sight and instead trying to get you to fall deeper into the quicksand step by step.   I slither into your life trying to squeeze every ounce of hope away until you’re all mine.

Gas & Green Energy

If we want to have  a world where the above picture works we have to ensure that those who produce the 2nd picture are motivated for its growth.  For if those fossil fuel energy titans had an incentive (not disincentive) to make us “more green” then we would have already been there.  The incentive is simple to let those in the fossil fuel industry keep all profits (no taxes) that they might make in a more “greener solution”.   As a matter of fact allow them to divert a portion of the profits they have reaped in oil to be diverted away from the federal government pockets to a greener future as a whole.  Government can’t create a solution yet it can use the tax code for those with the means, talent, and motivation to do so instead.
