It’s not ok but good to sometimes feel bad. As a matter of fact, if it doesn’t stop one for an hour or so then it’s actually a positive emotion. For, without feeling bad about “…” how is one to seek improvement. This might seem obvious but in the times we live in I’m afraid we’re trying to drug out this emotion entirely. So feel bad (trust me I often do), but use it as an emotion to improve oneself not as one to stop you entirely.
