It’s when your adrenaline and caffeine levels must be at their optimum performance level. For, at that moment there is nothing else except the rush in front of Y-O-U. Your mind is totally focused on getting those customers out the door even if it’s more of a kick than you normally would want. This is when customers become numbers and you’re counting down toward G-D willing some break and when it occurs trust me you’ll take in a deeper breath to actually smell anything.
