Let’s face it most of life is a 5 with your occasional 2,3 ,7,8 along the way. Of course there are moments of total exhilaration’s which are your 10 and times where you feel as if your on the edge of a cliff or a 1. The key then is to make those 5’s 6 & 7 rather then a 3 or 4 even if it takes a jump to the other side by yourself. The way to accomplish that is to make sure ever 5 feels better then maybe it should be. For trust me you’ll need it for the lower numbers that I’m sorry to say will require extra swimming just to get to the 5 again.
