I’m emotional yet I’ve learned (in most cases) to keep them within the walls of success. I let those emotions out when listening to the arts whether found in the movies, music or the one’s put on a wall. The negative emotions are released during my mandatory work outs and trust me I can still lift weights that I probably shouldn’t. This blog also helps me deal with the emotional side of life whether it be good, bad or hideous. Humor helps me also deal with the negative impact the world sometimes throws my way. It’s a balancing act because I have to stay focused on the goal ahead without falling to either one of my emotional sides. I’m emotional, yet it’s kept within the walls luckily there are many windows along the way to let it out and still keep walking ahead.
