I have “Middle Insomnia” and just this discovery has helped me sleep better. For I am not alone and that brings a bit of comfort to my brain along with a solution (below) that really works and G-D willing will continue to allow these sleepy eye’s to fall asleep in the middle of the night instead of stare at the walls. Middle Insomnia occurs when people wake up in the middle of the night and have difficult going back to “never land”. Middle Insomnia is really tiresome so G-D willing this remedy will work for you as well.
(1) Cut Banana in pieces
(2) Mix Banana, Milk and a bit of Cinnamon in a blender till Banana can’t be seen.
(3) Lightly warm mixture in pot just until it gets “luke warm” not boiled through.
(4) Drink and sleep through the night.
