President Trump should formulate an executive order that will tell the cabinets to formulate a pre-existing fund should Obama Care be struck down by the court and also help find low cost insurance for those who were on this exchange. This will pre-empt the Democrats talking points and might just push the Democrats to work together on a health care act before the actual election. Either way it will show the President cares and has a plan for the next G-D willing 5 or so years to come.
