I have to take the time to learn to “just think” in a whole different way. Meditation seems like the right way for this to occur as I learn to have my mind think in a more powerful way that takes me to a whole different place. Here are a few different types of meditation (below) that I hope to concentrate on in the next few days when I have a bit more time then usual. Hopefully I will learn to “just think” in a way never thought about before.
