I believe my natural healthy weight might just be 157. What that means is unless I take drastic changes that could be unhealthy for my body my weight won’t fluctuate much from that number. For I’ve cut back on carbohydrates, increased my work out, lessened all drinks except water and still 157 seems to be consistently where I’m at.  I might continue this for another month but if the lbs don’t come off any further I’ll conclude that this is where my body weight should be and to go back and sneak an Oreo or two.
