Maybe I was just too busy with my own life to observe your own. For I never knew what was lingering inside and you never gave me a clue. Episodes came and left but I never knew it was a deeper problem that would lead you six feet under. I don’t know if I could have changed the date but at least I would have known to care more if I only I knew.
